Heather Rae El Moussais figuring out her next steps, and it’s not always an easy road.
On Tuesday, the real estate agent, 36, shared a repost to her Instagram Story that mentioned feeling “overwhelmed" as she navigates her career aspirations.
She re-shared a text post from the account Third Eye Thoughts, reading“Tonight, I’m praying for everyone who feels overwhelmed. With work, with love, with life. Be gentle with yourself and take it one day at a time. You got this.”
The reality star added her own message to the upload, stating that she found the post to be especially relatable at this point in her life.

“Right now, this resonates with me because I’m trying to grow my business,” El Moussa began, adding that she’s trying to “get things in order.”
“I’m trying to have things come to fruition. Some days I’m so motivated.and some days I feel like the piece’s are falling apart,” she continued.

El Moussa has been candid about her exit from the Netflix docusoapSelling Sunset,sharing that she wasn’t asked to return to filming following her maternity leave after welcoming son Tristan in January 2023.
She firstrevealed she’d have a lesser role in season 7in March 2023. “Season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back,” she told E! News.
“It’s been a little frustrating. So [I’m] not sure what’s been going on,” she added. She laterconfirmed that she would not be part of season 8.

In November, Heather opened up to PEOPLE about how was enjoying having more time to focus on her family andhaving less “drama"in her life. She also explained that her priorities have changed since she and Tarek welcomed their son.
“I love being able to prioritize my family and my happiness and step away from some of the drama thatSelling Sunsetbrought into my life,” she said. “A lot of things happened that I choose not to speak about, but overall I am very happy with how my life is.”
