The letter note that some client have reported difficulties in deleting their account and information , and asks the ship’s company to explain how many of those deletion requests have been fulfill . It also asks whether the company has a “ vetting process ” in place to determine whether its prospective buyer has a “ history of implement data security system protections and complaisance with sectoral , state , or any other data privacy and security natural law . ”
